Your order will be shipped from the supplier's factory in China to our US distribution Center in City of Industry, CA. Then it will be shipped to your door from City of Industry, CA.

Yes. Our website is legit and has already received many compliments from our lovely customers. You can feel our sincerity from our website as well. Hope you can give us a chance to prove ourselves! As all the business has good and bad reputations, we're not perfect but will do our best to solve the problems and keep going.

Our products are true to our size chart. You can check the measurements of the bust, waist, hip and length in the size chart on the item page before your purchase.


  1. When will my order be shipped?

Normally the process time is 5~7 business days. We will ship your parcel out asap.

Normally it will reach you in 15~30 business days including process time.

  1. How do I order?

To purchase an item, click the "add to cart" button which you will find on each product page. Once you have added the item(s) you wish to your cart click "checkout" and your order will then be processed externally by PayPal. You may pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal, or directly with your PayPal account if you have one. When your chosen payment method has been accepted, PayPal will send you a payment receipt email and you will receive an "order confirmation" email from us. Your order will then begin processing.


  1. What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is exclusively by PayPal. You can pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. However it is easy to set up a PayPal account if you have a valid email address.


  1. What currency do you use? 

We are based in the US so all our prices are in USD (US Dollars). If you wish to know the prices in your local country, please use a currency converter such as XE.com.


  1. What shipping service do you use? 

Most of our orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Post Office).  But if the weight of the order exceeds the standard of USPS, we will ship via DHL.

  13. Can I cancel my order?

We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped, otherwise, you will be refunded 95% if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase because we will charge 5% cancellation fee. (Normally, you will receive the refund within 3 working days) Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied.
